Their price back then was much more affordable and competitive, $29 for initial filing and appear in court hearing, $50 for filing eviction.  Now, it is $45 and $57, can&#039;t afford very long before we have to switch to other rent court agents in Baltimore.  We love their online features, there is no fax or email have to compost, just click-click-click. Also, they take credit card payment while others only take cash or checks. However, it is worth the extra $$ each month for filing? No sure yet.</description>
