Thanks for reading and commenting. Generally they will hear a challenge to the foreclosure within 30 days of the court decree for foreclosure. It used to be almost automatic that the courts would side with the owner and let him or her redeem. It has gotten tougher but within 30 days there is still a decent chance.

Noe it is a totally different matter if the foreclosure wasn’t handled property. For example someone who was not notified can have a legitimate claim to reopen the case. A good example would be in the case of a deceased owner and an heir wasn’t notified of the pending foreclosure.

I use Google Alert for linkbuilding. Whenever I find a site that put my link in their site, I would ask them to turn it into anchor text link of my choice.

Yeah I know all about Thesis. Even with the updates it’s nowhere as flexible as Flexibility. Reckon that’s how it got it’s name.

Sire, With other themes I have used, I just used them out of the box except for minor changes like the header picture. The exception was thesis which I spent a lot of time with and then gave up. Flexibility made changes easy.
