Dan, Thanks for the vote and taking the time to comment. I feel sorry for her. But I agree with you, don’t blame the investors. When I get teh time there is more I want to write on this issue – some of the problem lies with the city.

Just discovered your blog through the HuffPost story. Voted for you on Zillow. For the record, I don’t think you’re a menace. I’m a bit depressed by the Vicki Valentine story, but I don’t see why real estate investors can be blamed for her plight.
