While headed for the tax sale office in the Baltimore City Municipal building I saw this sign flash up on the TV Monitor. Who says the city doesn’t have a sense of humor. To bad they don’t put it someplace residents will see it.
This is part of Baltimore’s Stomp out Rats Campaign. I get the point, but maybe someone should tell the city Rats prefer a full trash can.
